1. How HRM evolves into a global context

HRM is evolved into the global context throught globalisation, which means that as the company is expanding is business operations throughout different countries, HRM has to prepare by implementing changes internally and externally.


2. What are the key features described about global HRM

Key features are:
  • The approaches - ethnocentric, poly-centric, regino-centric and global centric
  • The external Forces such as PESTEL ( Political, economical, sociocultural, technological, ethical and legal) Example, whether a worker is permitted to work in that country or not.
  • Internal forces such as Recruitment, training and development, enumeration, benefits on a global scale.
