Third, in Alpha's people management, the "Associate Delight Index" is a key evaluation criterion. This index assesses how quickly and efficiently employee concerns are addressed.

Fourth, in terms of personnel placement, Alpha adopts policies that integrate the company locally in each country, actively recruiting locally. Meanwhile, 80% of compensation policies are standardized across all branches.
