People management is important for an organization as it helps workplace leaders such as managers and lead groups effectively guide, lead, and develop employees. It also helps them improve employee productivity to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Google , Zappos are one of the organizations who are  well known for managing people effectively and to achieve people centricity. 

There are several key components to consider when managing people. The key components are having positive two way communications, empowering employees by providing trainings, being organized, providing flexibility options for employees and having a mutual trust among employees and leaders of the organization.
