Internal Challenges

3) recruit qualified worker from the global talent pool and send them to foreign country according to their talent. they are called Expatriates.
4) responsible for selecting, training, and developing, and also support their families well being.
5) aware of global knowledge of individual carrier knowledge is available for everyone and everywhere.
External Challenges
