In my opinion, managing people effectively is the core for overall organisational success. It includes an extensive range of offering beyond just what employee need to get the job done. 

A positive approach to people management requires clear communication, trust building, empowerment, attention to individual needs and effective conflict resolution to create a productive work environment.

I'd like to share my personal experience, just four months after being promoted I had to leave my country and job to pursue my master's here in Malaysia. To my surprise, my manager was incredibly supportive and genuinely happy for m, she even granted me a one year leave of absence, assuring me that I could rejoin the company after completing my studies, which grately boosted my morale. Such an approach not only foster loyalty but also helps retain talent and enhance overall company's productivity in long run.

Another example is of Unilever, it fosters a flexible work environment,  encourages continuous learning and embraces a sustainability focused mission to enhance further boost the growth of it's employees and as well the company.
