From the perspective of the academic circle, SHRM provides a continuous development space for academic researchers, which indicates that SHRM is quite a topic in the academic circle. Moreover, SHRM can also promote the formation of related industrial chains, such as establishing specialized training institutions or universities offering related courses, etc.

In my opinion, although SHRM has many advantages, enterprises should also pay attention to risks. For instance, blindly applying the SHRM term without carrying out substantive reforms will be detrimental to the development of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should evaluate SHRM tools based on their own development stage and industry characteristics, rather than simply following academic or industry trends.
