IHRM is the discipline of caring for a workforce in a public or private company for organisations that operate in more than one country or continent which means for organisation that Human Resources department  must now support, manage and engage employees around the world, implementing common policies, and taking into account local laws, customs and culture as well as take responsibility for recruiting, training and professional development but on a global scale.

-Develop a more realistic understanding of how they work globally.
-Providing training which will help to  boost a company's global focus by develop the skill set that International employees require to work outside of the country.
-Ensuring Legal Compliance as every country has different laws and need to be taken into account, knowing these laws and policies and working to be sure that the organisation remains completely legal at all times is an important role for human resources.
