My opinion on why people management is important for an organization
It helps people feel that they effectively utilized and appreciated within the organization. Productivity within the organization may increase if individuals feel that they are a part of the organization, and not simply a mindless asset belonging to the organization.
Key components:
- Hiring suitable candidates
- Continuous development of employee skills
- Direct and simple instructions via easily accessible communication channels
- Feedback loop which encourages productivity and curbs inefficacy
