 In my opinion, I think it is imperative that organizations understand the importance of people management as its is the foundation that helps to build a successful company and pave the way of its future goals ad achievements. Its just as they say, 'first impressions are important'. Therefore, organizations have to impress their employees.

Among the key components of people management as to why their important to an organization.

Create- Creating the correctly structured group of individuals requires the development of certain processes and limits or boundaries and solid structure of framework such as choosing the proper platforms for recruitment and provide and engaging experience for the individuals.

Comprehend- If an organizations people management is effective, then he performance of the employees in their workplace can improve and e essential to the goals. However, its is also important to realise that not all employees are the same or equal. In the sense that, each employee has their own trait and skills that can help to motivate them.

Communicate- Communication is one of the most vital and critical aspect in an organization and people management as it can create the image or perception of the culture  as to whether it is ready to take the next step of achieving their goals in the future.

Collaborate- Organizations need to be open in collaborating by joining with both human and non- human components which can assist them on major tasks carried out by the employees.

Confront- Organizations which intend to put their foot down on demanding loyalty and respect among the employees in the organization. People management is required to focus on how to optimize these differences.
