People management in an organization is important. As it is all about meeting personal and professional needs of its employees for their own development goals. 

An organization must ensure that its employees are getting deserved compensations. It must provide proper resources to its employees in order to complete their tasks on time. It must provide a secure work environment to its employees so that they feel safe and content to work. Organization must create a cooperative environment and should be able to mediate any conflicts between its employees. It must provide additional training programs to its employees to excel their potentials. Moreover, these trainings will boost their confidence and enthusiasm at work. Also, an organization must be able to help its employees to overcome any challenges so that they can perform better.

All in all, adopting to people management, an organization can increase its productivity and employee turnover rates, it can monitor or reduce work errors and it can also decrease lack of professional development among its employees.
