I would suggest that an effective and sustainable of people management is essential in an organisation success. People management consist of ability to hire the correct person into the organisation, to lead and develop team members that is in service of the organisation overall mission. This continuous process will ensure sustainability of an organisation.
On that note, we can defined that the key components for people management are as follows:
(i) Create a workforce for a better future of our organisation;
(ii) Comprehend the people in our organisation as we can identify people's strength and weakness to drive them better as a team members;
(iii) Communicating and giving feedback is also critical components in people management;
(iv) Collaborating with other with ensure smarter, faster and stronger teams as we always know that there are task or job that need to be completed in teams for a better results;
(v) Confront, recognising and optimising differences is also important in people management and each individual is unique, meaning each of us thinks differently and has a different idea. To be able to manage those ideas in a team will ensure successful mission.
