Objective: To propose skill development planning for specific areas of skillset

Materials Required:

• Register and have Access to Canva.

• For Education account, you can register with your student email.

1. Identify ONE Skill gap area which you would like to propose for a development plan. You can choose based on your response in Activity 2B.
2. Personalise a development plan for individuals who will require to upskill in this area.
   
3. Your development plans should include specific learning objectives, activities, resources, and timelines for skill development.
4. Create this plan using suitable presentation slides from Canva.
5. Post the link to your Canva presentation in the forum for group discussions.
   
   • To do this, you can select "Public View Link" in your Share feature in Canva.
     
     
6. Provide at least two commentaries on your peer's personalised plan. You may want to highlight or comment on areas of shared similarities of views and input.
