Here’s how you can approach this task:
Steps for Conducting Interviews
Identify Key People
Start by thinking about who might have the most relevant insights.- Curriculum designers or coordinators can share details about the educational offerings.
- Teachers and trainers can provide first-hand knowledge about how the curriculum is implemented.
- Administrators or leadership may offer a broader view of the organisation’s goals, culture, and resources.
Prepare Your Questions
Make sure your questions are clear and focused. Here are some examples to guide you:- What do you think are the key strengths of the curriculum?
- How does the organisation’s culture support teaching and learning?
- What resources do you find most helpful in delivering the curriculum?
Conduct the Interview
- Choose a time and format that works for both you and the interviewee (in-person, online, or via email).
- Create a comfortable atmosphere where they feel encouraged to share their thoughts.
- Take detailed notes during the conversation to capture key points.
Review and Organise Your Findings
After the interview, summarise the key insights and organise them under the three categories:- Educational Offerings
- Culture
- Resources
Posting Your Findings
Once you’ve completed your interviews, share a brief summary of your results on the discussion board. Keep it concise—about 150–200 words—and focus on the most important points. Use this format:
- Educational Offerings: Highlight one or two key strengths of the curriculum.
- Culture: Describe how the organisation’s culture positively impacts education.
- Resources: Mention specific resources that stand out as particularly effective.
Remember to read and comment on your peers’ posts to build a shared understanding of diverse organisational strengths!
You are not able to create a discussion because you are not a member of any group.
