You've seen what it takes to lead the change in the previous section.
In this section let's talk a little about the challenges you could face when championing a new technology like AI. In the table below, we highlight a few of the most common ones.
There are 2 things I would like for you to do at this point
- Add any other challenges that you think could be true from your own experience
- State which of the challenges you think is the most pressing and suggest one or two strategies you could implement to address it.
To do this, click on the blue button labelled "Add a New Discussion Topic". Use YOUR NAME as the subject.
Once you have shared your thoughts, do read some of the thoughts of your colleagues in the course. Respond to at least one of the thoughts shared.
