Title: Ethics at Work: The Link Between Values and Performance
Instructions for Learners:
In this activity, you will evaluate how ethical practices in the workplace influence employee experiences and performance.
Choose one real or fictional organization and respond to the following prompts:
1. Describe one or two ethical practices in that organization that affect employee satisfaction or retention (e.g., transparent leadership, fair promotion, whistleblowing protection, etc.).
2. Evaluate how these practices contribute to productivity, engagement, or loyalty.
3. If applicable, reflect on what could be improved or what ethical gaps may still exist.
