  In this topic, you will be introduced to the principles of instructional design that you can immediately use in any learning environment, be it your Face-to-Face classrooms, online synchronous sessions, asynchronous sessions, hybrid teaching and learning sessions or any other forms of T&L. The topic will start will some pre-training activities, the actual training (one hour hybrid learning) and post training activities.  You will invest a total of 4 training hours for this topic inclusive of the mini project. 
  

  The main aim of this topic is to enable you to use some of the principles of instructional design and apply them to your existing content for teaching and learning.
