Providing a clear roadmap for teachers is crucial in order to strengthen the teaching profession to make it a vibrant, rewarding, and prestigious profession in Kiwanis Centre. Hence, diverting to the preferred choice of career, the roadmap needs to address the challenges currently faced by teachers at each point in a teacher’s career, from recruitment and teacher training through to retirement. It encompasses raising entry requirements, increasing individualized continuous professional development opportunities, enabling the teacher progression by competencies and performance, and creating a peer-led culture of excellence.

Therefore, providing the teachers of this complete package will enhance the creation of a pipeline in developing and sustaining the center as a whole.
