·       Explain the basic components of a CPU, including the ALU, CU, and registers, including their role in executing instructions and performing calculations.

·       Differentiate between the ALU and CU and their respective functions in performing arithmetic and logical operations in a CPU.

·       Define what a register is and how it is used in a CPU to store and manipulate data during processing.
