What is Public Speaking to you?

Think about a time that you had to stand in front of a bunch of people and tell them something. Maybe it was an oral report in grade school, suggestions at club meeting,s or a proposal at work. After gathering your materials and preparing what to say, you arrived at the podium and started talking. 

That is PUBLIC SPEAKING!

It is, simply, an oral presentation or speech delivered to a live audience. (Nerve-recking 😊)

Greek leader Pericles said more than 2,500 years ago is still time today:
‘one who forms a judgment on any point but cannot explain’ it clearly ‘might as well never have thought at all on the subject.’

Well, isn’t true? 😊

In conclusion, Public Speaking is a way of making your ideas public. Sharing ideas with other people and influencing other people.
