In the face of globalization challenges, HRM needs to implement improvements to adapt to the global environment. In addition, nowadays organizations rely on HRM to build the strategies and prepare the resources that bridge gaps caused by globalization. For example, HRM has to overcome a problem with global leadership and mobility programs by developing local leaders who understand the local market and still embody the company values.
