The Teaching and Learning processes are very much a feedback system. To understand what and how to teach, one must understand what and how we want learners to perform, AND what and how much they actually know, and how much they eventually got out of the session. So although we plan ahead, but we do need to check-in regularly and in real time to see if the journey is actually two sided, or someone fell off the wagon along the way.
