Chunking Information/Bite-Sized Learning

The case study reminds me of the concept of LEAN. It is important to personalize learning and at the same time to create a flow by reducing 'waste' whereby learners would concentrate on what is a must-learn first and move on to should-learn or could-learn areas later on. This is achievable through the chunking of the information or bite-sized learning paired with the flexibility of the learner's incremental progress.
