I will talk about situation that happened to me during my career in the digital marketing field. I was working in a small company specializing in advertising, and we had many departments, such as graphic design and content writing.
One day, the marketing manager has resigned, and because of the lack of funding that the company had, they can get a new marketing manager, and they put the HR manager in the marketing manager position.
From here things started to get worse because the HR manager had no experience in the marketing field, and the problems started to come from clients, some problems we could solve and others we could not because of our lack of experience.
The team started to have issues, and divisions also started to emerge. One by one, resignation requests were sent to the general manager.
