Only 2% of professionals thought their global mobility function was world-class, and more than 70% of HR stakeholders in businesses thought global mobility wasn't working well or needed a lot of money. For big companies to reach their goals in the global market, less than one-third say their leaders have global business acumen, language and culture skills, and awareness of other cultures. 66% of businesses said that "actively partnering with the business to effectively use global mobility" was the biggest problem.
