Responding to these factors, the role of HR in global mobility developed to paly the following roles:

Strategic Partner: HR professionals have become strategic partners to the business, aligning global mobility programs with organizational goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition: HR is responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent from diverse international markets. Compensation and Benefits: HR must develop compensation and benefits packages that are competitive and compliant with local regulations.  
Relocation Services: HR provides comprehensive relocation services to expatriates and their families, including housing, immigration, and cultural orientation.  
Cross-Cultural Training: HR plays a crucial role in providing cross-cultural training to expatriates and their families to help them adapt to new environments
