Assalamualikum and good day to everyone. My name is Zaishahrizal Zamani as know as Chef Rizal. I have in total 25 years of experience education including industry. Currently, I'm with the School of Global Hospitality and Tourism. Recently joined on October 2024, now it has been a month now. I have taught many culinary subject, and hospitality courses in other colleges and university colleges previously. Nevertheless, as a Executive Chef I do training for kitchen start up in industry previously. In APU, I am teaching SRFM-Sports and Recreational Facilities Management . In other subject could be Essential Cuisine. I like to watching live football, food tour, explore new good eating spot in Klang Valley. Furthermore, I have had the privilege of appearing on television as a Celebrity Chef and TV host in culinary areas. In this role, I have successfully translated my culinary expertise into engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Additionally, my experience as a judge in culinary competitions and Master Chef Malaysia has further sharp-ened my ability to discern and appreciate culinary excellence.
