People management is essential in an organization as it provides a better environment for the employees. It is important to realize that statistically, people leave their companies due to poor communication, poor work recognition and overall, engagement or company culture. 

It is important to be able to motivate and encourage but at the same time directing and guiding employees. Additionally, providing constructive feedback is also important to expect quality work, productivity as well as professional growth. Trust, clear communication, patience as well as being able to express empathy towards employees to be able to have a better understanding of their needs is also valuable. Furthermore, flexibility where it is important to accommodate to employees needs as it is also essential to improved productivity along with quality work. However, it is also necessary to be able to assess the results of these employees to ensure the efficiency of certain compromise.
