For this Alpha case study, in my opinion, glocalization strategy is recommended as Alpha company is a multinational company (based on the case study which they obtain revenue from  North America (59%), Europe (21%) and the Asia Pacific region (20%)).


e.g. A company can standardize values and metrics globally while letting regional offices adapt benefits and training to local cultures and laws, ensuring consistency and compliance.
