Through my study of the text, I found that one of the reasons behind the recent transformation in HR management is the presence of challenges that have affected human resources. These challenges include:

1. Rapid changes in business.

2. Shift towards emerging markets.

3. Boundless workplaces.

4. Specialization that creates professional patterns and new jobs.

5. New leadership models.

6. Intense competition for talent.

We can conclude that these driving factors will lead to changes within HR roles. Additionally, I would add that globalization and technological advancements have contributed to the recent transformation in HR management.

Regarding to the social and economic factors that contributed to the transformation in human resource management we have these roles :

1. Move towards a more agile organization with flat, transparent, and integrated talent strategies.

2. Ensure transparent global talent mobility with continuous development.

3. Implement global leadership and foster a global mindset.

4. Integrate talent practices, policies, and approaches on a global scale.

5. Encourage job specialization and career development.

6. Integrate talent acquisition with talent management.

7. Invest in HR technology. Utilize analytics to understand global talent challenges.

8. Provide HR with the necessary training and skills to maximize opportunities.
