People management is essential for an organization because it improves productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall business success. A well-managed workforce is more engaged, motivated, and aligned with company goals. With the work experience I have, I can guarantee that a lot of conflicts in any organisation can easily be solved with people management. 

A good example of people management at an organisation is of the company Trifid Media. The employees are well taken care of and the company is flourishing.

I totally agree with what you say, Hanees. I think, at the end of the day, customer satisfaction is relevant and needed to the company, but more than that, I feel that satisfaction of the employees working to put the product or the service in the hands of customers is absolutely and soulfully required in order to have a strong customer base and satisfaction. I really believe your previous work experience had that.
