HRM into a global context involves internal and external challenges that have to be handle by the manager to ensure a better workplace and the success of the company in a global environment. The manager has to deal with the internal challenges which are the cultural differences between the employees. Besides that, the manager and their team have to recruit and send employees abroad to build their professional competences. Also, the HR department has to consider the management of a global knowledge base. Furthermore, external challenges involve Economic, social, technological, legal and ecological aspects. To be more accurate, the HR department team has to evaluate the political and economic situation of a country before sending employees. Moreover, the manager must comply with guideline from countries about working hours, taxation.
