Alpha has successfully implemented the strategic HRM in their company which led them into making complex and diverse strategies to promote the company in India. However, we can see that the subsidiary manager's reporting their approach is more India-centric. Given the dynamic of the global nature of their company, it would be better to adopt a global hrm system which will benefit the subsidiary companies from accross the world. Alpha or any other MNCs can focus on :
1. Localization and Cultural sensitivity
2. offer cross cultural training for expatriates
3. develop region-specific compensation structures
4. focus on compliance and ethical considerations
