Alpha followed a globally consistent hr strategy in highly diverse markets where some policies didn't align with local expectations. Also not all cultures accept a decentralized leadership model .however, alphas strategic mindset has not failed but lead to many challenges that required continuous evolution.

An adaptive approach to global HR  for MNCs should focus on balancing global consistency with local responsiveness. This ensures that a MNC leverages global efficiencies while respecting and adapting to local dynamics. .It should also function while using HR analytics tools to track trends and make data driven decisions.

Alpha should ensure learning from different markets to combine best practice from different regions.so they can focus on flexible leadership development, decentralized decision making.
