Based on my reading, multinational companies should adapt a few aspects of what Alpha has done to globalize its services. Whether if it is the corporate strategy, leadership vision, organizational structure and HR policies and practices, or the adaptive approach in learning from its subsidiaries in global markets in other advanced countries, these approaches have been known for their progressive management practices.
But also, companies that are trying to lead their services on a global scale should understand to tackle with shortcomings such as lack of trainability and the need to recruit and employ people well right from the start as it is the key period of expandability. The management should try to mix and match the shortcomings to that of their success factors where necessary to remove a percentage of the risk of failure to maintain a table ground for the services to be operable without restricting or overcompensating for their loses. This creates a so-called multi polar world that stands on the principle of balancing risks with integration of better performing assets.
