Technology has played a main role in the HR evolution as it is evident that New filtering and finder algorithms have been put in to use to find and recruit new, capable employees that are performing enough to fit the role desired by the organization. But on the other side of the coin, the very same technology is a deal breaker to the employees as they are being replaced or, over powered per se, by the tools which make the tasks easier. However, HR departments of many organizations are taking steps to help their employees get better in things like learning and getting trained in those new tools and new means of work that helps them in the longer run.
It is also evident that employees are being helped in taking note of their performance through analyses and one-on-one meetings and giving tips about how to improve their work. Things like this have been and are being a great asset in uplifting their Human Resources and put their work life balance in a coherent proportion.
