People management is crucial for an organization because it directly impacts productivity, employee satisfaction, retention, and ultimately, the achievement of strategic goals. I'm so into it because just joined a new department with new boss from Taiwan, we need to build up a team that can communicate and well cooperate.
Effective people management ensures that employees are motivated, skilled, aligned with the organization’s objectives, and empowered to perform at their best. Especially when meeting fresh graduates, I have to spend more time and effort to guide, sharing and motivate them.
