Global HRM is all about managing human resources in global context as the companies are getting oriented more and more globally and multinationally. As the companies expanding their business in cross border then they have to recruit human resources from more than one country, to be more specific from all the countries the company has operation. So, for example if a multinational company operating in 20 countries of the world, they must recruit, train nationals from 20 countries in different tire of management. Thus the HR must aware of all countries laws, level of income, market segment, education system, payment system, cultural environment, economic system and political senarios to recruit perfect person for the company.
