Human Resource Management has changed a lot recently. It used to be a local, administrative function, but now it is a global discipline. This is because of globalisation, increased mobility and technological advancements. As organisations expand internationally, HRM must adapt to different cultural values, business practices, legal frameworks and labour markets. This means that HR professionals need to be able to work all over the world. They also need to understand international labour laws and make sure that HR practices are in line with the goals of multinational corporations.

Also, the way companies manage people working in different countries has become very important. It is now very important to make sure that people from different countries work well together and that everyone feels included.
