  1) Global human resource management, sometimes referred to as global HRM, is an umbrella term that includes all aspects of an organization's HR, payroll, and talent management processes operating on a global scale. The concept of HRM has evolved through various stages of Industrial revolution, trade union, scientific management, Behavioural science and human relations. Hence, the concept HRM has gradually replaced the term Personnel Management.
