However, in the long run, the social economy always develops forward, and the society also makes continuous progress. The continuous progress of the society has higher and higher requirements for human beings, the main body of human resources.

Therefore, if we want to survive and develop in the society, we need to manage our human resources well.

First of all, work hard to improve yourself.  In this increasingly competitive society, we must continue to learn, learn new theories, and try new practices, and continue to increase our theoretical knowledge and practical experience, especially for those of us who have just entered the society to continue to learn is very important.

Secondly, in modern society, the division of labor is relatively clear, but everyone is interdependent, to complete a task together, then the spirit of mutual solidarity and cooperation is very important.  We should strive to cultivate our teamwork spirit, learn to communicate with each other, listen to others' opinions modestly, and complete complex tasks in collaboration.

Finally, while focusing on one's own personal development and improvement, one should always pay attention to the changes in the external society, and adjust the goals and directions when appropriate to ensure that one's own development conforms to the development of the society.

I will continue to improve my human capital and believe that I can manage my human resources well, so as to achieve my maximum capacity and make my greatest contribution to the development of the social economy and the progress of the society.
