People management is important because it can maximize the productivity of the workplace and enhance overall professional growth of the employee daily basis.

From my understanding it would be like activity club in university. When it first established they would choose the president, vice-president, finance team and the board of directors. The president would be like a HR team here, where he/she manage and encourage everyone to take part.

the key components are:

1. Creating Workforce of the Future

2. Understanding people who make up the organization

3. Establishing Effective Communication

4. Establishing Teamwork

5. Resolving Conflict
