Empowering employees through placing them in various teams

In some organizations, it is crucial to move people in project teams. I have seen this model as a practice to empower employees. I believe it encourages employees to work together better and to find their own strength and weaknesses. 

In our company, we specially built various games that help people to bond and work as a team. Employees who played in games together, usually delivered better results in their projects too.

Reading that was quite interesting!
While I was working I found it very difficult for quite sometime before I resigned from my organization mostly because I was not very satisfied with my job. I felt that if employees worked together with tasks and shared the work load instead of working individually on the same objectives it would have not only been easier but would also have been helpful with conflict resolution. I strongly believe work environment is very important. Being a part of an organization where cut-throat politics was the culture I found it very hard to trust and bond with other employees.
