I believe that alpha internationalisation proceed based on adaptive or polycentric approach that encourage employees to participate in conversation and allowing them to work as a leader. Alpha HR encourage employees to think like a CEO or every alphaite is a leader.
By Adopting a polycentric approach, alpha HR is responsible for the importance of locals and customisation in managing there global goals. I believed that I would be beneficial for building trust, creating value and forsetering a pioneering spirit.
