The case study discovered Alpha's business approach in managing its employees by making each employees to think and act as a leader and it is believed that such approach is best to retain and motivate its employees at every level throughout the organisation.
Alpha polycentric approach where the nationals of the country shall be hired for the job since they have a better understanding of the country, cultures and situations of the local markets is undeniably an effective approach considering the nature of its business.
However, the utilisation of geo-centric approach which a company adopted in searching for the suitable candidates across 40 countries regardless of the country origin, race, religion and other differences are in my opinion a significant determination of its success as such approach allows the organisation to focus on competencies of each employees as well as qualities of work within the organisation.
