The instructional designers focused on improving human performance to solve an instructional problem. By narrowing the content of the information and skills needed to perform the task or job, they were able to reduce the instructional time from 45 days to 9 days.
This has shown a good efficient made due to the instruction design made and have improved in delivery as well.
