People management is important for any organization in acquiring and retaining talents. Some key componants to achieve that is by establishinig structured performance review, provide adequate compensation and upskill talents through trainings. 

My organization manages people through structured target setting, coupled with frequent check-ins and discussions throughout the year. There's also yearly career development discussions where employees reflect upon their strengths and gaps where discussion on their career aspiration is also looked into. Development plans will then be established for the employee to work towards with the goal for them to reach their career aspiration.
