Challanges faced by Alpha Computer:

  1. Poor perception of Indian companies as employers of choice - Recommendation: Enable strong employer branding by defining corporate identify and establishing strong culture and values. This will help recruit the best talent available in the market

Challence of control and coordination between the headquarters and subsidiaries - Recommendation: To shift towards regino-centric approach where Alpha Computers should capitalize on diversity and take into account different perspectives and suggestions during decision making between HQ and subsidiaries that benefits the well-being of the company
  3. Lack of trainability and high employee turnover - Recommendation: Instilling life long learning culture - Leverage intellectual capital in and around the organization
  4. Escalating wages - Recommendation: To implement timely renumeration system that is performance-based and has profit sharing. This will set an example to emplopyees of the oragnization that competencies and characters which are valuable by the company are rewarded and reinforced
