people management consists of helping employees to be motivated in their work and professionally grow in their career, this will lead the employees to generate high productivity and high profit. leaders supervised the employee's daily performances to achieve both the employee's and company's goals. 

There are multiple ways the company can keep their employees feel motivated such as Google give its employees medical insurance, programs focusing on the employee's mental health, parental leave and free supply of food and snacks.

the key components are creating the workforce of the future, understanding people who make up the organisation, establishing effective communication, making the best use of healthy differences and  setting the ground for better, more reliable and faster collaboration.
