The quality of an organization is the quality of the people inside the organization. In the current work environment, there are high expectations from the the work place: equity, personal growth, fun to be in, etc... It is so important to meet those high standards to retain the very hard to find talents.

I do also agree with you, as when people feel valued by the organization, they become better workers, they show better results and so this way contribute to a growth of the company. A good people management has to ensure the rights of the employees and a safe environment, some trainings and team-buildings should be organized in order to create a nice atmosphere at the working place

Totally agree with you. Some companies take their employees for granted and provide bare minimum, they end up losing their talented and valuable employees in return. Everyone is looking out for themselves, an employee would look for a better work environment that would appreciate his hard work.
