Ensuring that employees are able to adapt and at the same time practice the global HR adaptive approach is crucial in order to effectively manage the large diversity of the workforce and navigate the complexities of the international business market. 

1. Cultural Sensitivity and Diversity Inclusion

- To accept and embrace cultural diversity inside the organization. Workers must be trained and undergo a cultural sensitivity program to promote the highest mutual respect and understanding among the employees.

2. Flexibility and Adaptability 

- With the rapid changes in the global business environment, HR policy should implement a more flexible and adaptable approach within the organization. HR needs to utilize technology that will eventually contribute to the work-life balance of the workers themselves.

3. Continuous Feedback and Improvement

- Implement a feedback cycle practice throughout the employees. This will identify areas to be improved therefore the HR are able to execute the correct strategies.

"Cultural Sensitivity and Diversity" must be at the top of the mind when managing people from different parts of the world. Like in Asia and Africa region when we celebrate our success as a group we are comfortable hearing that "We" have succeeded even though I have contributed the most to the project, we usually share our success as a team. However, in the West, it is acceptable to demonstrate my own contribution and celebrate success individually along the team. So HR needs to be sensitive about the cultures to understand the people better.

Implementing the feedback cycle practice will help the employees know their performance, and companies can also set their expectations towards employees' contribution to the organization's goals.
